Jadyn Harkness is a real estate developer, licensed agent, and wealth educator committed to helping individuals build lasting generational wealth through real estate. As the founder of Harkness Holdings & Co., she leads a company designed to feel like a prestigious academy—where education, strategy, and empowerment meet luxury and legacy.

Raised in a single-parent household with eight children, Jadyn experienced firsthand the challenges of financial instability. Yet, her upbringing fueled a deep commitment to rewrite her own story—and to help others do the same. With a lifelong love for learning and a passion for transformation, she has built her career around turning knowledge into opportunity.

She holds certifications in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Management, and Construction, along with OSHA 30 and SST safety credentials. Jadyn is currently pursuing her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation to expand her expertise on a global level.

Her professional path includes experience in high-level sales, launching a nonprofit focused on affordable housing (Tiny Home Solutions LLC), and leading real estate development projects throughout Connecticut and New York.

Jadyn’s mission is to make wealth education accessible, actionable, and elevated—delivered through a brand that reflects luxury, trust, and transformation. Through Harkness Holdings & Co., she is creating a new standard for how real estate education and legacy-building are done.
